Pearls Girls Studio is looking for 3 Style Ambassadors to join our inaugural Fall 2026 cohort! We aren't just looking for help—we are looking for leaders. If you are 14–18 years old, love connecting with people, and want to learn how a professional boutique studio runs from the inside out, we want you!
Rooted in the heart of Cleveland, PEARLS was built on the belief that every girl deserves a safe, empowering space to discover her voice and build unshakeable self-esteem. The Pearls Style Collective expands on this mission by merging community resource management, fashion, and leadership development. As a Studio Ambassador, you are the studio’s heart—managing an experience that makes every girl feel seen, supported, and stylish.
